Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to help scale and enhance our platform — a consent-based identity resolution and audience engagement product focused on remarketing, retargeting, and multi-channel customer engagement across email, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.

This role is ideal for a hands-on senior engineer who can also provide technical leadership, help prioritize development initiatives, improve execution timelines, and support a growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and leadership stakeholders to drive architecture, development processes, and delivery execution while remaining deeply involved in coding and technical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to full stack development initiatives for the IntentWave platform
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to prioritize projects and execute roadmap initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and contractors
• Help improve development workflows, execution timelines, and engineering prioritization
• Participate in architecture discussions and scalable SaaS platform development
• Support integrations with advertising and marketing platforms
• Contribute to ongoing payments and infrastructure projects, including Stripe integrations
• Work in an agile, fast-moving product environment
