Senior Full Stack Developer
JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced SeniorFull Stack Developer to join our talented, well-established, client-centric IT team. The position will be part of our Enterprise Applications function within IS.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of programming assignments following team programming procedures and meeting team requirements.
- Refer all technical matters that are unusual and cannot be successfully addressed within a reasonable time to the Team Leader - IS Development or the relevant IT staff or software vendor for advice and assistance.
- Ensure that all projects are documented, and these documents are up to date and published.
- Ensure that status for work in hand and future work is kept up to date in required tools
- Provide technical leadership in the ownership and resolution of complex application problems to ensure the availability, integrity, performance and maintainability of GHD's production application systems.
- Ensure that new software development or code changes conform to GHD standards and integrate effectively with GHD's existing business systems.
- Maintain long-term focus on ensuring high-quality and low-maintenance application software is produced at GHD.
- Provision of senior technical programming skills in both legacy and current technology environments for the development and enhancement of programming code for GHD production applications.
Required experience:
- Experience in a complex application development, implementation, and support environment, as a programmer for at least 7+ years.
- Ability to provide design and coding leadership, and intelligent problem-solving, in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in application analysis, design, development, and deployment using C#.NET in both .NET framework and .NET Core.
- Demonstrated experience in web-based application development using HTML5, Angular and any other similar front end technology.
- Expertise in Azure based cloud technologies for application integration and application deployment.
- Expertise in relational DBMS technologies such as SQL Server for the data storage as well as for performance improvement
- Knowledge of systems design and software development techniques in object oriented (OO) methodologies and technology would be highly regardedExperience in a large and/or global professional services organization
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, an open communicator
Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
