Senior Finance Manager

We are currently partnering with a growing organization to hire a Senior Finance Manager who will lead and oversee all on-site finance functions, including Cash & Banking, AP/AR, and Credit Control.

This is a key leadership role for a finance professional who thrives in driving performance, strengthening controls, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end finance operations, including cash management, AP/AR, and credit control

• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and operational efficiency

• Provide strategic financial insights and reporting to support business decisions

• Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience in a senior finance or leadership role

• Strong background in financial operations, reporting, and controls

• Experience in process improvement or transformation is highly preferred
