This role supports the Global Materials & Pricing Master Data Management Team and reports into the Manager of Master Data Management within the Information Technology Group. The role will be based in the Philippines and cover all regions. The IT Master Data Management Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, implementation and deployment of the master data management strategy and implementation plans to meet the needs of the Honeywell. This Data Analyst is a proactive member of the IT team and will be responsible for data updating Materials & Pricing, supporting data standards, data governance processes, data quality, MDM tools and MDM best practices.
In addition, Honeywell Connected Enterprise is working to be the first Honeywell Business Group to implement SAP S4 Hana from the standard SAP ECC. This role will be responsible for deploying master data standards in the new tool and uploading data from the prior ERP

Partner with all Functions and other key stakeholders across Honeywell and is responsible for understanding their environment with its opportunities and challenges, and working to identify and drive contemporary, best-in-class solutions for Honeywell.
Key Responsibilities:
.Setup new SAP S4 Hana MDM processes and migrate over legacy data.
.Partner with business and functional groups to set strategic master data direction and develop and improve processes and procedures.
.Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and standards.
.Drive integrated technical and functional solution decision making across applications and modules.
.Advise and provide strategic direction to the program and project managers in the department implementing MDM solutions regarding data management functions.
.Support the prioritization, approval, funding, resource management and deployment of programs and new technologies for data management.
.Participate in core business planning activities, including Strategic Planning (Functional Update) and Annual Operating Plan.
MUST HAVE:
.Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Computer Application or related field.
.Minimum 8 years Materials & Pricing Master Data experience in application development and delivery for medium/large scale organization which 2 -5 years managing Data Management teams and activities, including master data management implementations.
.Knowledge in SAP S4 Hana is a plus or at least SAP ECC.
.Mastery of Information Management concepts and practices, including Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehousing, and Data Governance & Stewardship.
.Experience with enterprise-level MDM tools including Informatica & Collibra implementations. Exposure with working on Cloud applications.
.Experience creating and executing short-term tactical plans as well as long-term departmental strategic plans.
.Willing to work the US hours of 9am to 5pm EST (9pm to 5am Manila time).
