SENIOR CORPORATE PLANNING STRATEGIST (JL 9)
Assignment: Corporate Planning Department - Bases Conversion and Development Authority
under Contract of Service (COS)
Basic Monthly Rate: Php 67,641.80
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Management or a similar course
Experience: At least three (3) years relevant work experience
Preferably with experience in any of the following:
- Working in/with Government Owned and Controlled Corporations
- Crafting compliance reports for the Governance Commission for GOCCs, National Economic and Development Authority, Commission on Audit, etc.
- Strategic planning and strategy management
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the department's focal person for the BCDA Performance Evaluation System (PES), in accordance with the mandate of the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG)
- Support the comprehensive corporate planning process, encompassing strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement, to drive organizational growth and achieve strategic objectives
- Guide BCDA departments in establishing targets and performance evaluation reports based on directives from oversight agencies, the Board of Directors, and/or upper management
- Coordinate with BCDA personnel to ensure proper submissions to the BCDA Performance Management Team
- Assist the department head in coordinating with BCDA subsidiaries on planning-related matters and driving proper alignment to BCDA plans and strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports in compliance to the National Economic and Development Authority, and Commission On Audit
- Perform any other tasks related to the implementation of the organization's planning guidelines
- Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the department head
