Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Partnership Development - You will actively engage schools and key stakeholders by identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and conducting consultative meetings. Your role is to build and nurture longterm relationships, presenting FranklinCovey Education programs and solutions in ways that align with each institutions unique needs.
Partnership Growth & Account Management - You will manage accounts with a focus on understanding client priorities and recommending tailored solutions. This includes preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM, and presenting solutions to school leaders and decisionmakers. While growth targets are part of the role, success is achieved through trusted partnerships and meaningful impact in education.
Program Delivery & Support - You will coordinate closely with facilitators and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery. You may support workshops and training sessions when needed, while monitoring client progress, program outcomes, and account performance. Beyond delivery, you will also contribute to strengthening client engagement strategies, ensuring that schools feel supported throughout their journey with FranklinCovey Education.
