Job Description:
Required Technical Skills: Strong SAP FICO

Work Experience:

At least 6 years solid SAP Finance functional and configuration experience SAP FI (must have), specifically on AR Module.
Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules such as Order to Cash (OTC), 3rd party applications and integrations such as banks, collection interfaces and Cloud application.
Experience in Agile Methodology and Azure Dev Ops is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provides expertise in Finance SAP modules (SAP FICO) with integration to other modules and platforms.
Knows and executes best practices for business analysis of standard processes and Finance functions in SAP, 3rd party and in-house applications (from an industry and strategic standpoint) including requirements elicitation methods.
Defines requirement in accordance with Agile Methodology. Ensures user stories and objectives are clearly defined.
Facilitates elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as documentation analysis, business models with executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts.
Leads complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions for standard functionalities and enhancements as required.
Focuses on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skills.
Performs system configuration and maintain ownership of the assigned SAP module.
Serves as SAP Application Support resource on his/her assigned module ensuring that all incident tickets raised are completed and closed within target SLA.
