Salesforce Developer (Full RTO | Taguig or Cebu)

What You'll Do:

• Leverage your Salesforce and consulting expertise to deliver technical solutions across Salesforce tools and products.
• Perform APEX development, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configurations.
• Collaborate with the development team on analysis, design, coding, and unit testing.
• Actively participate in project workstreams and contribute to client engagements.
• Provide best-practice guidance to clients and help optimize Salesforce implementations.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with a talented Salesforce team to continuously develop skills.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly withSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud,and common AppExchange apps.
• Strong background inApex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API Web Services,and Salesforce declarative programming.
• Solid understanding of client business challenges and ability to translate them into Salesforce-enabled solutions.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Preferred:DevOps (Salesforce DX)experience and familiarity with tools like Git.
• Salesforce Certifications such asPlatform Developer II, Sales, Service, or Community Cloud.
