Sales Representative

Organize and execute sales at the point of sale

Provide direct consultation at the booth.

Implement programs as requested by Karofi(including managing ,executing and maintaining

brand image and product presence in the are)

Regularly report sales figures

Management , training and development of the team

Manage dassign task to the sales team at the booth

Evaluate the performance of employees on a monthly /quarterly/ yearly basis.

Recruit, train and develop the sales team

Report on market trends and competitor analysis in the assigned area

Execute other tasks as required by Karofi

HIgh School Diploma

General Knowledge of water filtration and household appliance industries

In-depth understanding of products

at least 3 years experience

Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Word,Excel , Powerpoint

Sales skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, persuasion skills

Pro active,energetic, able to withstand high pressure

Able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,
