Sales Manager, MICE

Job description

• Promote our travel products (MICE) and clients in Philippines
• Responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment
• Maintains and expands customer database. Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales relationships with existing customers
• Meeting sales goals and targets set by the company.
• Consolidating and preparing sales reports and meeting.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• At least 5 years sales experiences in MICE, travel industry or travel agency, with experience in MICE Market
• Customer-orientated, good presentation skills, responsible and result-driven
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC operation, especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Willing to travel
• Excellent command in English
