Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales teams to reach targets. The manager is in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the Business Development Department for lead generation, while coordinating with various support group departments like Production, Logistics, General Maintenance, Purchasing, Accounting, and HR to meet the Company's goals and Sales Team concerns.

Sales Manager is primarily tasked with onboarding and training team members, setting quotas per Sales Associate and Sales Executives, overseeing and adjusting performance, and developing processes and strategies that drive sales.


  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Developing strategies to meet the planned goals.
  • Setting individual targets with the sales team, comparing performance to goals, and calibrating sales personnel to meet actual and adjusted goals.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Understand ideal clients and how they relate to the products.
  • Study the market share, market leads and strategize the operations of the sales team based on the study.
  • Other tasks may be assigned by the Top Management.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of proven experience in sales.
  • Proven ability to lead the team to meet quotas.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of Sales Principles and Customers.
  • Service Practices.
  • Proficiency in English and Business Language.
  • Basic costing skills.
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and energetic personality with Customer Service Focus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
  • Availability to work flexibly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Santo Tomas, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
