Years of Experience: 6–8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment

Note: Candidates from loyalty programs, rewards, incentives, employee engagement industry preferred.

About This Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Manager to own revenue growth across a defined region. This role sits at the intersection of direct sales, partner development, and market strategy , you'll be responsible for building pipeline, closing deals, and scaling the indirect sales channel.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure regional insights shape how we deliver and position our solutions.

What You'll Do

Revenue & Sales

  • Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the region
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for direct accounts, from prospecting through close
  • Build and manage the partner sales channel to create a scalable indirect revenue stream
  • Identify, qualify, and lead the submission of high-impact RFPs and RFIs

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary connection between the regional market and global headquarters, ensuring local insights inform product and marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer outcomes
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums to build brand visibility and generate leads

Market Execution

  • Navigate local market dynamics, business practices, and regulatory context to position our solutions effectively
  • Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management and sales forecasting

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets across complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR Tech or employee engagement platforms
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
