Job Description

  • Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of online systems and e-wallet applications.
  • Manage system integrations including payment gateways, APIs, ERP, CRM, and banking systems.
  • Monitor cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and data privacy compliance.
  • Lead system enhancements, platform upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, developers, and technology partners.
  • Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures are in place.
  • Maintain compliance with fintech, e-commerce, and data security regulations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital channels.
  • Monitor website/app performance, customer experience, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze sales trends, traffic, and digital marketing performance.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches with marketing teams.
  • Optimize customer journey and online payment processes.
  • Drive growth of e-wallet users, merchants, and transaction volume.
  • Build partnerships with merchants, payment providers, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor transaction systems and ensure smooth payment processing.
  • Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and digital adoption.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, fintech, digital payments, IT management, or sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • E-commerce platforms
  • E-wallet systems and payment gateways
  • API integrations
  • CRM/ERP systems
  • Cybersecurity and data privacy
  • Digital sales and customer acquisition
  • Experience in fintech or digital banking is an advantage.
