Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Force Effectiveness Officer is required to have a technical background and a strong analytical attitude and attention to details. Previous experience in a multinational environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of major CRM programs and tools (Salesforce, Power BI, etc.) is required. This position will be based in Manila, Philippines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES:

  • Independently manage Field force effectiveness data management and analytics to support commercial business
  • Technical applications (new and existing) systems including Salesforce, Pitcher and other local and global FF data management systems.
  • Reporting of sales and CRM data and work closely with the Commercial Team to provide timely and accurate information on a regular and ad-hoc basis

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

He/She is able to build efficient relationship with the Internal Stakeholders at all levels (Senior management, Customer Service). Occasionally external relationship with wholesalers.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in statistics, math, business management, economics
  • Preferably previous experience in a similar role in a multinational environment

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency with Advanced Excel, Access Power Point and Salesforce
  • Good Knowledge of Power BI
  • Analytical skills, attention to details, accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, team worker
  • Problem solving attitude
