Job Description


Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 PHP monthly

  • Identify and qualify leads through various outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.

  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers to understand their business needs, challenges, and buying behavior.

  • Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to uncover opportunities and effectively articulate our solution's benefits.

  • Collaborate closely with sales executives to develop and execute strategic outreach plans and ensure alignment on target accounts and messaging.

  • Utilize CRM software to accurately track prospect interactions, update lead information, and report on progress towards goals.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.

  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect insights and market intelligence to drive continuous improvement in messaging and positioning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of activities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with sales prospecting tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
