Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. Someone with the discipline to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, developing new business relationships, and achieving sales targets. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience managing social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.


Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential new customers through social media and other channels
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, including scheduling and conducting product demos and negotiating contracts
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
Continuously update and maintain the CRM system to track progress and ensure accurate reporting

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong social media management skills
Experience with CRM and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
