Job Description

Job Summary

The role of a Sales Associate is crucial in generating revenue for an organization by promoting and selling its products or services to potential customers. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.
  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and requirements, provide product information, and offer appropriate solutions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for the assigned territory or products. Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and suggest product/service enhancements or modifications.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion: Maintain a deep understanding of company products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers. Close sales deals and secure sales orders or contracts.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help shape overall business strategies.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information in CRM systems. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Sales Associate: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

100% (Preferred)
