Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting the sales process by building strong customer relationships, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with a solid understanding of products, safety regulations, and industrial applications. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing accurate product information.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and process quotations, orders, invoices, and delivery documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products, specifications, and industry applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage, storage, and safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, chemical handling standards, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and potential sales opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and customer demonstrations as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up documentation in ERP systems.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and customer visits when required to enhance product knowledge and customer relationships.
- Preparation of Delivery Documents, this includes organizing, maintaining and securely store all sales receipt and transaction records.
- Ensure that receipts are easily retrievable for audits and/or customer queries and manga both physical digital records in compliance with the company policies
- Delivery calendar management and order queuing
- Sales target achievement, work diligently towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales target and quotas
- Maintain confidentiality, protect customer and company information, ensure that all data, sales records and other proprietary information are handled with highest level of discretion and in compliance with the company policies

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Relevant experience may be considered.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
