Job Description

Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions

Identifies and creates rooms to engage with Agent and merchants.

Identifying enterprises payments pain points and provides tailored fit solutions.

Assist agents and merchants end-to-end process, starting from onboarding, integration and after sales support.

Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain and grow clients network.

Help existing accounts increment their transactions through continuous support by means but not limited to marketing and sales activities.

Stay updated on market trends and new payment methods.

With existing portfolio is a plus.

Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of payments products & services. Skillset: Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written.

Outstanding negotiation skills.

Ability to understand complex requirements and craft solutions that are tailored to fit merchant's needs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort with multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines.

Showcase Problem-solving Prowess And Demonstrate Strong Critical Thinking Skills.

Understand technical concepts and translate straightforward analogies to effectively communicate use cases with internal stakeholders.
