Job Description

The Admin Assistant under Property Maintenance Management provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance operations across assigned properties. This role assists in documentation, scheduling, and monitoring of maintenance requests and reports.

Responsible for handling work orders, encoding service requests, maintaining records of repairs and preventive maintenance, and coordinating with technicians, vendors, and site supervisors. Ensures timely updates of maintenance activities and proper filing of reports.

Also supports office administration tasks such as email correspondence, inventory monitoring of maintenance supplies, and preparation of reports needed by the management team.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders in a fast-paced property management environment.
