Job Description

The Sales Account Executive/Manager builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. Responsibilities are within the Account/Relationship Management Function as it relates specifically to telesales. Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline. Solves a range of routine problems. Demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes. Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve account retention and favorable renegotiation rates by engaging in proactive and strategic negotiations, while cultivating strong business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Drive cross-sell growth within the assigned territory through targeted account development activities and collaboration with Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure full utilization and optimization of essential tools and processes designed to facilitate sales success, including adherence to all deadlines and deliverables.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Nexis Solutions products, content, and solutions, with the ability to clearly articulate competitive advantages and our value proposition.
  • Perform effective product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Contribute to product and market strategy development by providing market-specific insights and influence to maximize impact within the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)
  • Spanish language proficiency: Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, both verbally and in writing, within a professional or business setting.
  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales organization or in a business-to-business environment (inside sales account management or territory sales)
  • Has Subscription based experience is preferred
  • Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and collectively within a team
  • Strong focus on solution sales and selling on value
  • Commercially minded with a strong motivation to succeed in a high performing sales team
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic individual who builds strong relationships quickly
  • Must be willing to work on a night-shift schedule
