Graduate of any 4-year business program (preferably Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related fields).
At least 1-3 years of proven sales experience (B2B) in client acquisition and retention, cold calling, client sourcing, product demonstrations, client visits, and after-sales service.
Strong background and keen interest in IT and security products such as system integration, software solutions, hardware/ICTs, access control, printers, photocopiers, CCTV, and similar technologies.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills, and has the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Willing to engage in regular field work.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools).

Conducts account sourcing, lead generation, and data gathering activities within assigned industries, brands, or territories through cold calling, client visits, networking, and market research.
Performs product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients, clearly communicating product features, advantages, benefits, and value propositions.
Identifies customer requirements and recommends the most suitable solutions based on operational needs and business objectives.
Prepares, submits, and presents proposals, quotations, and other relevant sales documents necessary to support client requirements and sales opportunities.
Manages and follows through negotiations with prospective clients to secure agreements and close sales opportunities.
Prepares and submits eligibility, accreditation, and compliance documents required for client onboarding and bidding processes.
Responds promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Builds, develops, and maintains strong business relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships, repeat business, and customer retention.
Coordinates closely with the Sales Coordinator and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, installation, product training, and other post-sales requirements.
For NCR-based projects, works alongside Technical Support and Distribution personnel to help ensure smooth delivery, installation, and customer training activities.
Participates in trade shows, industry events, and marketing activities to promote the Company's products and expand market presence.
