Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Distribution Department
  • Job Description:

The Sales Account Executive in the Distribution Department is a pivotal role focused on managing and expanding relationships with key distribution partners to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves developing and executing sales strategies, providing technical and product support, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Account Executive will also manage a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote products effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities

Account Management:


- Manage and grow relationships with key distribution partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.

Sales Strategy and Execution:


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the distribution channel.

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the company's presence in the distribution market.

Client Communication:


- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with distribution partners to review performance, introduce new products, and discuss marketing initiatives.

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.

Product Knowledge:


- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services, as well as those of competitors, to effectively position offerings in the market.

- Train distribution partners on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to enhance their selling capabilities.

Market Analysis:


- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of distribution partners and their customers.

Sales Support:


- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns tailored to the distribution channel.

- Assist distribution partners with pricing, inventory management, and order processing to ensure a seamless sales process.

Performance Tracking:


- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

- Implement corrective actions and strategies to address underperforming areas and capitalize on strengths.

Negotiation and Contracts:


- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distribution partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.

Collaboration:


- Work closely with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and resolution of any issues.

Customer Feedback:


- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams to inform product enhancements and new offerings.

Brand Ambassadors Management:


- Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to promote products and drive sales within the distribution channel.

- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to support brand ambassadors, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to be effective.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand ambassadors, providing feedback and guidance to improve their effectiveness.

Support for Sales:


- Provide ongoing support to sales teams and brand ambassadors, including product information, promotional materials, and sales techniques.

- Coordinate with brand ambassadors to organize and execute events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and sales.

- Foster a collaborative environment between sales teams, brand ambassadors, and distribution partners to maximize overall sales performance.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the distribution or retail industry.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

Strong negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
