Negotiation and Contracts:

- Work closely with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and resolution of any issues.
Customer Feedback:
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams to inform product enhancements and new offerings.
Brand Ambassadors Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to promote products and drive sales within the distribution channel.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to support brand ambassadors, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to be effective.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand ambassadors, providing feedback and guidance to improve their effectiveness.
Support for Sales:
- Provide ongoing support to sales teams and brand ambassadors, including product information, promotional materials, and sales techniques.
- Coordinate with brand ambassadors to organize and execute events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and sales.
- Foster a collaborative environment between sales teams, brand ambassadors, and distribution partners to maximize overall sales performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the distribution or retail industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Strong negotiation skills
