As Safety, Health, Environment, Security Specialist , you will be r esponsible for the execution and implementation of the company's OSH programs and activities. and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with SHES team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Conduct OSH training, seminars, orientations and information dissemination activities to employees and contractors
- Prepares monthly Performance Report and analyzes trends to improve the OSH performance of the company.
- Participates and/or leads in incident investigations and ensures accordance to the reporting process.
- Conducts OSH audits and inspections and provides reports to subject parties on the assessed risk, provides recommended hazard control actions or commend proper practices, this includes lineworks patrolling inspection among others.

- Strong documentation and record management skills
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate safety reports
Education & Experience
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- [2] years of experience in Occupational Safety and Heath
Technical / Functional Skills
- Familiar with basic Google online tools such as Google Sheets, Google Maps, and Google Drive, including tasks like data updating and file uploading, making canva presentations, appsheet, etc.
- Preferrably with Professional Driver's License
