Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting impartial investigation and documentation of clients complaints in timely and efficient manner for the committee resolution. Ensures protection of personal data collection and processing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares complaint documentation on escalated customer's issues and complaints raised.
  • Recommends workflow changes or improvements concerning administration of approved processes in the unit.
  • Prepares and handles documents/reports required by Audit, IC, Legal and Compliance, etc.
  • Checks and analyses required reports for the unit.
  • Represent the Company to regulators i.e Insurance Commission, BSP.
  • Checks and reviews fulfillment functions on resolved complaints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business or management related fields.
  • With at least four years relevant work experience in a life insurance company.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products, concepts, principles, regulations and practices.
  • Must be customer-oriented, organized, attention to details and strong in processes.
  • Collaborative and can effectively create/maintain a working relationship with internal and external partners.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati or Ortigas.
