Job Description

Property Management Assistant

We're looking for an organized, reliable, and communicative professional to help manage rental properties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll coordinate with tenants, owners, and contractors to keep everything running efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do

Communicate with tenants, contractors, and property owners via email and phone

Schedule and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and property inspections

Support tenant screening and prequalification processes

Update and maintain property management systems and records

Assist with rent collection, bookkeeping, bills, and monthly financial reports

Prepare lease documents and other property-related paperwork

Send monthly newsletters to keep tenants informed and engaged

Monitor tenant satisfaction and respond to concerns promptly

Research rental market trends to support pricing decisions

Document all property activities for accuracy and compliance

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and customer service mindset

Proactive problem-solver and dependable team player

Willingness to learn—property management experience is a plus, but not required
