Reliance: Netsuite Developer

Job Objective / Purpose

A NetSuite Developer is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the implementation, customization, integration and ongoing maintenance of NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software for Reliance. They work closely with different teams from across Reliance to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and craft a project plan to deliver the requirements for Netsuite integration
• Design, develop, and implement Netsuite solutions, including workflows, scripts, customizations for integrations with other systems.
• Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and testing to ensure the successful deployment of NetSuite modules.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to NetSuite, including resolving system errors, data discrepancies, and performance problems.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical training and documentation to end-users, empowering them to effectively use NetSuite and its features.
• Stay updated with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and enhancements, and provide recommendations on adopting new functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
  
  

Background And Qualifications

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise in NetSuite ERP, including experience with SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCloud customization tools.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools, such as SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, CSV imports, and ODBC connections.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
