Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, supervises, and closely monitors the execution of regional activation and marketing programs to meet set targets on time, while managing the expense budget to ensure optimal results and achieve regional market share goals.
  • Develops and implements trade marketing initiatives that ensure the right products are available and highly visible through appropriate channels to the targeted end-consumer segments.
  • Ensures all trade marketing programs are executed effectively and efficiently, conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) consistently to refine and enhance future program implementation.
  • Performs continuous market and competitor analysis to maintain competitive differentiation and ensures marketing activities align with key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability objectives.
  • Aligns trade marketing programs to support broader regional and cluster sales strategies.
  • Manages the trade marketing budget to maximize return on investment for all programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in trade marketing, or seven (7) years in sales-related roles within construction-related products, FMCG, or beverage sectors.
  • Proven experience in project and process management.
  • Experience in event management is essential.
  • Preferably with a background in trade marketing, distribution sales, and route-to-market (RTM) models.
