  • Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
  • Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.
Job Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree Holder
. 3-5 years experience in Recruitment
. Knowledge of the recruiting process for large, complex, high volume organizations
. Relative experience with the same industry as Accenture (BPO, KPO, Technology)
. Strong stakeholder management
