From Search to Success: Ensuring Every Hire Is a Perfect Fit
  • Screen and refer qualified applicants to the appropriate department management for follow-up interviews.
  • Maintain knowledge of recruitment strategies by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Team and department managers to assess personnel needs and prepare and implement the recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Post job openings to career boards, newspapers, and other media outlets, as well as internally. Provide information on company operations and career opportunities to outside agencies and potential applicants.
  • Ensure that any issues and concerns are escalated to management for efficient resolution and to ensure that all operational processes function properly.
  • Identify and make recommendations to implement improved processes.
  • Understand and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to job duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Core Competencies & Attributes:

  • Analytical thinker, able to synthesize complex or diverse information and use sound judgment and foresight to create procedures.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • High degree of self-management, initiative, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Proactive, efficient, accurate, with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications, such as MS Excel.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in the call center industry (required).
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in the Canadian or North American market (required).
  • 1+ years of experience with Zoho ATS (asset).
