We are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Marketing Assistant to support B2B relationship marketing, CRM management, and ongoing partner engagement initiatives.
This role combines relationship management, content creation, marketing coordination, and administrative support, helping maintain strong referral pipelines and consistent communication with real estate partners.

Responsibilities
Relationship Marketing & Partner Engagement
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with real estate agents and referral partners through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful outreach
- Coordinate strategic touchpoints to remain top-of-mind with business partners
- Assist with planning and executing relationship-building initiatives and campaigns
- Coordinate lunch-and-learn events, meetings, and networking-related scheduling
CRM & Lead Management
- Manage and update contacts, pipelines, and activities within HubSpot CRM
- Track partner engagement, lead follow-ups, and business development activities
- Support prospecting and onboarding of new referral relationships
- Maintain organized records and communication histories
Marketing & Content Support
- Create email campaigns, market updates, and B2B-focused communication content
- Support proactive social media engagement and content posting
- Assist with marketing copywriting and thoughtful client-facing messaging
- Contribute ideas to improve retention, conversion, and engagement strategies
Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate calendars and business development schedules
- Support follow-up workflows and general administrative tasks
- Assist leadership with ongoing marketing and relationship management initiatives
- Participate in weekly strategic planning discussions and process improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience within the real estate, mortgage, lending, or related industries
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively suggest ideas or improvements
- Comfortable working within Mountain Standard Time business hours
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting B2B relationship marketing or referral-based businesses
- Familiarity with social media engagement and email marketing campaigns
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or networking initiatives
- Understanding of real estate agent workflows and mortgage lead generation
- Creative mindset with ability to personalize communication and outreach
