Position: Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Coordinator
Work setup & shift: WFH | Nighshift

Your Role:
  • Transaction management (using Trello)
  • CRM management. Updating client profiles, client follow-up, set up drip campaigns (via Sierra CRM)
  • Video editing short form video content
  • Graphic design and layout using Canva
  • Website design/ changes to company website via Sierra CRM
  • Communicating with clients and service providers via email
  • Prepare and organize real estate documents/contracts with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage marketing tasks including social media scheduling, newsletters, and online ads
  • Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to draft marketing blogs, prize draws, and content ideas
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Prior experience in a real estate administrative or marketing role
  • Experience in administrative support or transaction coordination
  • Working knowledge of Canva
  • Experience using Trello or other project management tools
Preferred skills/expertise:
  • Video Editing
  • Website Editing
  • Knowledgeable in using AI (ChatGPT) in terms of drafting content
