Job Summary

Conducts respective monthly and quarterly one on one and stand up ground discussions/sessions.

Providing sensible feedback, recommendations and help in the development of action plans.

Thoroughly document action items and work with the customers for resolutions.

Communicate areas of opportunity both to Directors and customers.

Manage QA tasks and calibrate with contingent department for upskills and refreshers.

Work towards driving efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.

Drive continuous improvement in monitoring efforts including standardized templates for each queue of function, calibration and coaching on critical attributes and behaviors.

Identify drivers of customer satisfaction and develop/implement improvements and/or enhancements.
