Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor to oversee and manage quality assurance processes within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

As a QA Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Your role will involve the establishment of quality control measures, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Licensed Chemical Engineer, Chemical Technician, or related professional qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or any field related to Packaging
• Experience in quality assurance and control expertise, including inspections and compliance monitoring
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, documentation, and record management
• Skilled in training development, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience in supplier quality management and cross-functional collaboration
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Willing to be based in Caloocan
