Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Nurse (QA Nurse) to join our team. The QA Nurse will play a critical role in ensuring that our healthcare services meet the highest standards of quality and patient safety. As a Quality Assurance Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of healthcare services provided by our organization. You will work closely with clinical staff and leadership to implement and maintain quality assurance and improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular reviews and audits of patient care records to assess compliance with established healthcare standards and protocols.
2. Identify areas of improvement and work collaboratively with clinical teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
3. Monitor and track patient outcomes and provide feedback to healthcare providers to enhance the quality of care.
4. Assist in developing and revising policies, procedures, and protocols to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
5. Participate in the investigation of adverse events, incidents, or near-misses and recommend corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with staff to ensure they are educated on and adhere to established quality standards.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry guidelines and regulations to ensure our organization remains compliant.
