We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures, as well as a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 1 year call center or equivalent work experience
  • Continuously promote a performance-driven culture and always work towards reaching for amazing
  • Engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks
  • A solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customers
  • Understand, interpret, and manipulate data for reporting
  • Consistently mentor and inspire others

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science or business
  • 1-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
