We're looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans using test doubles, ensuring that our software performs reliably across various scenarios.
You'll be:
Designing and Implementing Test Strategies: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to remote testing environments using test doubles for hardware simulations.
Executing Functional and Non-functional Testing: Conduct both functional and non-functional tests to validate the performance, reliability, and security of our control software.
Collaborating with the Development Team: Work closely with software and hardware engineers to understand the requirements and limitations of the control software, ensuring thorough test coverage.
Automating Test Processes: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline the testing process and increase efficiency in a remote testing environment.
Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues. Provide clear and detailed reports on testing outcomes.
Maintaining Testing Infrastructure: Ensure that the test environments and tools are up-to-date and functioning correctly, allowing for seamless remote testing operations.
