Your Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Review digital plumbing technician forms and file relevant data points with the county.
- Update customer accounts with appropriate tags verify and correct addresses and contact information.
- Add clear, concise notes for alignment with other Office Support staff.
- May assist in building out new job requests as the role progresses
- 1 year of experience in a Data Entry / Customer Service role
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and related systems
Preferred skills/expertise:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative
