QA Manager

Arbour Group, one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time QA Manager. This role will be responsible for performing and conducting all quality assurance related activities to support the Quality Management System such as maintenance of document system and maintenance of trainings, internal auditing, non-conformances, complaints and CAPA management, and ongoing monitoring of all quality relevant aspects.

• Surveillance and maintenance of the Quality Management System regarding EN ISO9001 in cooperation with the QMR
• Supervision of the QM KPI compliance
• Surveillance of compliance with training standards and documentations
• Maintenance of corrective and preventive actions, nonconformities and complaints
• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure regulatory compliance (consisting primarily of SOPs)
• Organize and perform training of the above mentioned documents
• Continuous checking and coordination of regular review and updates of procedural documents
• Organization/participation on external audits
• Organization and conduct vendor audits
• Organization and performing internal audits
• Writing and review of procedural documents
• Administrative support concerning quality management related projects and activities

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Has 7-10 years of general life science experience
• Has at least 5 years of QA experience
• Must be a resident of the Philippines
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
