Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote, offer, and secure accounts for all SMDC condominiums and house and lot projects.
  • Represent the Biggest Real Estate Developer in the Philippines in sponsored local and international marketing events.
  • Maximize the use of digital marketing to reach all types of clients.
  • Guide clients with the accurate project information, processes, and computations.
  • Build, maintain, and expand client-seller relationships here and abroad.
  • Meet the required sales target on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates and under graduates (at least 72 completed units) are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to undergo comprehensive and continuous real estate selling training.
  • Experience is always an advantage, but not required.
  • Practitioners from other developers are open to apply.
  • Brokers and sales people from other industry fields are most welcome.
