Job Summary: The Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the asset management team in monitoring and optimizing the performance of our asset portfolio. This role involves detailed financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of reports to support decision-making processes.
Duties and Responsibilities: . Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess asset performance and profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for assets under management. . Market Research: Perform market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the asset classes managed by the firm. Analyze market data to support asset valuation and strategic planning. . Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on asset performance, market conditions, and investment strategies for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational reporting. . Portfolio Management: Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance. Support the asset management team in the execution of business plans, including leasing, capital expenditure, and disposition activities. . Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess the impact of various factors on asset performance. . Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and investment, to support asset management initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as property managers, brokers, and financial institutions.
Qualifications: . Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
