POSITION TITLE: VP of Projects
This role is work from home set up since they do not have Physical Office here in the Philippines. You will be hired as freelancer/Independent contractor and you are the one who will process your own SSS, PHIC, & PagIBIG, Tax payments. Freelancer/Independent contractor but you will still work expectedly on regular office hours : full time 40 hours a week
Equipment: You will use your own Computer and must have stable internet connection at home

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable in an environment that requires a lot of interaction with people in and outside the US.
- At least 10+ years of experience in a project management leadership role, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or technology company.
- Strong experience managing diverse teams, including project managers, engineers, and support functions.
- Proven success in leading project teams within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred.
- Experience in resource management and capacity planning is required.
- Experience in using ConnectWise
- Skills & Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, CW PSA ).
- Knowledge of CW PSA projects module would be a big plus
- Proven ability to lead small & medium scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, capacity planning of resources is desired: capable of managing 300+ active projects at any given time
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer.
- Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
- HD webcam/camera
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
