A Project Manager is expected to:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. This job requires strong project management skills and the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established targets.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, to evaluate the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish risk tolerance levels and develop risk response plans tailored to specific project objectives and constraints
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations regarding project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Facilitate productive communication and resolution of conflicts or issues among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consensus on key decisions and actions
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other relevant parties, to facilitate information exchange and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project performance and quality and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

What it takes to be part of our team:
  • Bacheloru0027s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
  • managing complex projects in a non-IT environment. Preference to candidates with
  • marketing background (experience on email creation, social media and/or websites).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
  • effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Willing to work in the Eastern/Central US Timezone.
