Job Description
Performs project management responsibilities in either waterfall and agile methodology Prepares/creates and maintains Project Plan, Work Plan and securing the necessary approval as applicable. Prepares/creates Project Status Report and reporting the same in terms of delivery of schedule, quality and scope. Tracks Project budget and costs as applicable. Ensures documentation of all risks and issues associated with the Project, working with the Project Team to facilitate resolution and timely escalation as deemed necessary. Participates and facilitates in relevant meetings, as required. Ensures compliance with internal and external policies, security and legal regulatory requirements as applicable. Supports audit exercises when needed. Facilitates post-implementation or similar activity and prepares Close-Out Report as applicable Ensures of completion of required documents at the end of the project Manages the Scrum process with the coordination of Scrum Team in Agile methodology. Ensures that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices and rules. Acts as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, as applicable. Facilitates Scrum events (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective) as needed and ensures that they are conducted as scheduled, as applicable. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
