Our client, Tours & Boats, specializes in providing unique architecture tours along the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. These tours can be for sightseeing, educational purposes, or recreational activities such as fishing or snorkeling. Tours & Boats may also offer boat rentals and charters. They've teamed up with some of Chicago's best tour guides to introduce tourists to the city's history and the landmarks that line its shores. Job Description

As a Project Manager at Tours & Boats, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of projects. From initiation to completion, your leadership, organizational, and communication skills will be vital in ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

What do you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
  
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously (3 years above).
  
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
