Job Profile Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our content production team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a large cross-functional content team, including instructional designers, trainers and content creators. Ensuring the team delivers adult learning and development content on time and within budget. Experience with global content supply chain projects will be critical to lead this 30+ team in order meet the high-quality standards of the client.

Responsibilities:

.Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables for content production projects.

.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary content production team, including writers, editors, designers, and video producers.

.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure financial objectives are met.

.Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to guarantee the highest standards of content are met.

.Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.

.Performance Tracking: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, assess performance, and produce regular status reports.

.Process Improvement: Continually evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required skills:

.Excellent English skills (written and verbal).

.5-7+ years project management experience, at least 3 years in a lead project manager role.

.Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.

.Proficiency with enterprise level project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira), MS Office and familiarity with content management systems.

.Proven experience as a Project Manager in large content operations and/or content supply chain projects, or similar environment.

.Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

.Ability to lead large, diverse and cross-functional teams and manage complex client stakeholder relationships.

.Exceptional project management experience and skills to lead change management, internal and external stakeholder communication, budgeting and delivery quality assurance.

.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

.Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
