Project Engineer with MEPFS

General tasks

The main role of Project Engineer (MEPFS) is to ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical plumbing and safety construction works are in accordance with the project specific costs, set standards and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper and timely implementation of all MEPFS works on site
  
• Performs reports and documents in relation to all MEPFS activities as required by the project
  
• Prepares and submits necessary reports and documents required by the Management
• Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures and other project requirements are met
• Evaluate structures for safety and compliance with building codes
  
• Delegate responsibilities to subordinates according to their skill sets and experience to ensure efficiency and effectiveness for the completion of project
• Prepares billing reports or statements based on the percentage of project completion and submits to Project In-charge and Project Manager for checking and approval

Qualifications or skills the person must have

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineer or similar
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in similar position
• Computer software literacy - MS Office/CAD/MEP design software (optional)
