JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Supervise the overall implementation of the Beneficiary Data Management in the POO.2. Act as the main person in the POO/RPMO and other partner agencies shall coordinate about the provincial implementation, encountered issues and concerns, etc.3.Ensure the use of the Division's and Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino ProgramOperations Manual (OM) in the implementationof the Program at the Cluster Level,4. Initiate preparation and submission of reports relative to the status and operational issues and concern of BDMS implementation at the cluster tothe Provincial Link/ RPMO5. Review and recommend for appropriate action of the concerned unit/Division reports/communication submitted by the Provincial Staff.6. Encode updates in the PPIS (if needed) and recommend encoded updates for POOs/RPMO approval.7. Review, prepare and recommend reports for encoding or submission to RPMO or RD's approval.8. Provides feedback on the status of reports/updates received from MOO's9. Provides technical assistance /coaching to partners, City/ Municipal Links, and SWA's10. Track and Reviews filled out BUS Form 5 and its supporting documents and other validation reports submitted by the municipal links.11. Analyze trends in update reports and recommend strategies and actions to address issues on update operations at the cluster level.12. Provide technical assistance pertaining to BDMS issues and concerns at the provincial operations office level if required.13. Download and forward Grantee List and Family Roster to C/MOO. Conducts analysis, accuracy and quality check to these downloaded data.14. Provide feedback, issues/concerns/challenges and/or recommendations on new policies/guidelines/initiatives implemented.15. Accomplish performance commitment and appraisal of BDMD's targets16. Perform other related tasks related to Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program17. Facilitate data cleansing activities.18. Consolidate Merger files for submission to RPMO19. File all approved and encoded BDM requests for safekeeping.20.
