Job Description
Performs and provides other relevant support as required by the Project Manager, or the Supervisors.
Provides analysis, handling of information, and reporting.
Documents and tracks any or all of requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits and other related project artefacts.
Documents required meeting outputs and artefacts.
Ensures that the project and program work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets.
Supports project and program awareness and communication.
Reviews possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolves or escalates as appropriate.
Supports and maintains Project Level Governance control procedures for managing project wide initiatives such as resource utilization and financials management.
Supports and maintains project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the project through the use of project management tools, processes and practices.
Ensures alignment and compliance to the Change Governance Framework.
Supports Business Management procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and ensure tracking and monitoring of actuals to budget.
Completes quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the project.
Proactively highlights & escalates delivery risks and issues to senior management providing an independent view of project and program health.
Performs basic tasks to support the group such as but not limited to meeting scheduling, room reservation, documenting, tracking, follow-up, coordination, information gathering, etc. with at least 1-2 days Turn Around Time (TAT), other project deliverables will follow the project timeline according to workplan.
Coordinates all other resources for technical work sessions and checkpoint meetings; and
Serves as the interface between different departments and any third-party contractors/subcontractors participating in this service on any technical decisions, information gathering, service level agreements, broadcasting, and change control.
