Product Development
Provide general management in the development of new or existing projects.
Conceptualize products and materials such as books based on the references and resources at hand and conduct research as necessary.
Create mock ups and produces samples of materials and developing products. Conduct proofing for print materials.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, partners, and developers to manage production such as but not limited to providing necessary materials and resources, planning meetings, and tracking project schedule.
Conduct product testing by creating metrics to ensure effectivity and precision of material in consideration of its target market.
Research related materials and resources such as trends, tech advancements, and other factors affecting development of projects and materials to keep being updated and relevant.
Write product description and produce collateral materials.
Coordinate with e-book conversion
Presentation and Branding
Work with the President to create and maintain visually appealing yet effective design and presentation of written and graphic materials that best appeals to the existing clients and general market.
Create a catalogue of products for internal reference and marketing or sales purposes.
Participate and create events in relation to promotion of products and company's mission/vision.
Conduct product familiarization to employees either as a whole or individual session depending on necessity.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or Female
Must be a graduate of 4-year course preferably Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, and other Business or Project Management related courses
With at least 1-2 years of experience in project management
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in English grammar and with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
With strong organization and campaign management skills
Knowledge in Publishing Industry is a definite advantage
With good interpersonal, presentation and business-judgement skills
Computer literate, internet savvy and proficient in MS Office
Passionate about new media and digital content
Knowledge in archiving software and InDesign is an advantage
Detail oriented and highly organized
Highly independent and can work with minimum supervision
Ability to deal with ambiguity
